We accept orders online only for deliveries to addresses in the countries and territories that are listed in the selection menu of shipping addresses on the website https://lemanestudio.com

If your country or territory is not listed, please contact Customer Care service to check if other options are available.

We deliver to: EU member countries, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bahamas, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Georgia, India, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Moldova, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Tajikistan, Thailand, North Macedonia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, UAE, United Kingdom and USA. Delivery is undertaken with DHL Express Worldwide parcel delivery service and normally takes 3-10 business days.

Ordered items that are in stock will be shipped within 7 working days.

If the item is to be manufactured, it will be shipped after it is manufactured. Manufacturing takes up to 2 weeks, however during busy sales periods it can take up to 4 weeks. Customers will be advised on expected manufacturing and dispatch dates; customers will also be provided with the shipment tracking number once it is shipped.

It is solely a customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address.

Shall a customer miss the delivery of a shipment of goods or if it was not possible to deliver because of a customer’s fault, and a shipment was sent back to the Seller, the contract is to considered cancelled, and the Seller will refund to a customer full purchase price of goods less the charge of the delivery cost, and any direct costs, associated with shipping back, incl. customs clearance costs, to the customer’s original payment method within 14 days after receiving a shipment back.

We don’t ship to post office boxes and it’s not possible to change shipping country after you placed an order.

For delivery to addresses outside of European Union Customs territory, it is a responsibility of the customer to proceed with customs clearance procedure, including all applicable fees and charges, and be responsible for payment of all import custom duties, sales taxes and similar, if any.


We only accept returns of products purchased via https://lemanestudio.com online store. Customer must contact our Customer Care within 5 days of receiving the product if they wish to proceed with the refund.

You may return or exchange your Lemane Studio product in accordance with the return and exchange policy outlined below. Items that do not comply with the conditions and time frames outlined below will be rejected. Please note that Made on request & Pre-order products are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will only accept returns of leather goods that are in original condition with a safety seal, box, tag and packaging completely intact. Products that have been opened, used or show any signs of wear do not qualify for a refund.

The Seller will not cover return postage outside of the EU. International customers are fully responsible for any applicable costs returning the product back to the Seller.

If you would like to return a product, please email us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your item. Your message must include your full name, your order number, your email address and your telephone number.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund if the product does not meet return policy requirements.
